Snagging new build and renovated properties

When is the best time to get a snagging inspection?

The best time to get a snagging inspection is when the building is completed, just before you move in. This is usually around the contract exchange stage. If left until after you move in, your house builder could use the argument that the damage highlighted was not caused by them. It pays therefore to contact us sooner rather than later. Our advice is free and you are under no obligation to use our service.

Our inspection price includes a full snagging report

The report you receive will thoroughly cover any internal and external faults that may be present in your new home. You will receive your report usually within 48 hours. You can call or email, to book an appointment.

At present following government guidelines regarding the coronavirus situation, bookings can only be taken on empty properties due to social distancing regulations.
